In the 21st century, there has been a big shift in the healthcare industry towards the use of robots. Robotic assistants are being used in a variety of roles, including administration and bookkeeping. Additionally, robotic surgeons have gained a lot of trust and usage in surgery and telesurgery. Robots that can do everything from preparing a patient for surgery to making incisions have taken hospitals around the world by storm [1]. However, while there are many benefits to telesurgery, many people are still uncertain about whether robots can be trusted to carry out operations. 	There are many advantages that robots offer over human surgeons. One of these is the ability to maintain quality and prevent complications, particularly in the operating room. This is especially important in the healthcare industry, where even a small mistake can lead to grave consequences for patients. Because robots do not need to rest, they can perform many routine surgeries one after another, avoiding fatigue and carrying out operations with great precision. In most cases, robots are being used to aid surgeons in their work, increasing the precision, complexity, flexibility, and control that doctors have over their operations as compared to conventional techniques.  	These robots were initially used for minimally-invasive procedures, which require small incisions. As technology and robotics in the healthcare field has developed, however, robots are now capable of conducting increasingly complex and difficult surgeries. Currently, most hospitals are unable to afford many or any robots for surgeries due to their formidable [2] cost. Because these robots must be extremely precise and often have cameras and delicate equipment attached, they are extremely high-priced. Globally, the market for surgical robots was valued at $3.9 billion USD in 2018, with growth expected to explode in the next few years.  	With the outbreak of Covid-19, doctors have been barricaded from accessing their patients. This has paved the way for the introduction and growth of telesurgery, which consists of operations performed at a distance using robots and technology. Telesurgery was first used in 2001 when a 68-year-old woman in Strasbourg, France went under the knife [3], and has continually been developed since. The emergence of 5G technology has also aided in the spread of telesurgery. With innovations in both healthcare and technology, the role of robots in healthcare will only continue to explode.

Covid-19의 확산으로 인해 의사는 환자와의 직접적인 접근이 제한되었습니다. 이것은 로봇과 기술을 사용하여 원거리에서 수행되는 원격 수술의 도입과 성장을 위한 길을 열었습니다. 원격 수술은 2001년 프랑스 스트라스부르에 사는 68세 여성의 수술 때 처음 시행되었으며 그 이후로 계속 발전해 왔습니다. 5G 기술의 출현도 원격 수술의 확산에 큰 기폭제가 되었습니다. 의료와 기술의 혁신으로 의료 분야에서 로봇의 역할은 계속해서 아 주 빠르게 확장해 나갈 것입니다.
