A candid and thought-through understanding of oneself is one of the most crucial phases in making meaningful accomplishments in the years ahead. These days, self-reflective questions like "What kind of job do I look for?" and "Why do I want it?" overpowers the more circumstantial striving of "What company do I want to work for?" So, it's time to answer who you are first.
