💡 What are Last-minute credits?

Last-minute credits are used to book lessons that start in 24 hours or less.

2) Choose from the available lessons and select the credit to use.

1) Sign in to Ringle → [1:1 Lessons] → [Book] → [Lessons in 24 hours]

2) You can go to and choose from the available lessons and select the credit to use.

💬 Last-minute credits FAQ

1. If you cancel a lesson booked with a regular credit 2-24 hours before the lesson, you will be given a Last-minute credit instead of being refunded with a regular credit. Last-minute credits are also offered for free for excusal reasons such as network errors.

2. Last-minute credits do NOT have to be used within 24 hours of issuance, but by the expiration date that has been specified. Expiration dates for Last-minute credits cannot be extended.

3. Canceled or unattended Last-minute lessons are non-refundable.

💡 What are [Lessons in 24 hours]?

1. They are lessons starting within 24 hours that have become available.

2. They can be 20 or 40 minutes long. For last-minute lessons, you can select lesson materials as follows

• 1-24 hours before lesson begins: Any available lesson material.
• Within one hour before lesson begins: 'Free Topic' or 'Tutor's Previous Materials'.

3. You can book [Lessons in 24 hours] with Last-minute credits, regular credits, or limited window credits.
