[1:1 Lesson] FAQ

The network is unstable during the lesson.

If your network connection is unstable during the lesson, please follow the steps below.


1. By clicking [Help] at the top-right corner of the screen and check how to make a stable network environment.

2. After completing the lesson, please rate [Network] with 1 points or less among the evaluation items for the lesson.




Solutions


1. Connect to a private network rather than a public network used in, for instance, a coffee shop.

2. Bring your device closer to the router.

3. Close all pages/programs other than Ringle and Zoom.

4. In case of an error on the PC, enter the mobile class through the Ringle App.


🙋‍♀️ If the problem persists, please contact the Ringle Team by clicking the chatbot in the lower right corner of our website. You can conduct a Zoom Test with us to diagnose the exact cause and help prevent the same problem from occurring again.
