Receipts are available to view and download from the Ringle website.

Please note that receipts issued from Ringle are currently only available in Korean or English.

How to get a receipt

1. Log in to the website → Click your profile → [Credits] → [Issue certificate/receipt]

2. Click [Issue receipt] to download or print your receipt.

Details

1. If you purchased your lesson credits with a credit or debit card, you should have received a receipt via email on the date of your purchase

2. If you made your purchase with PayPal, you can get a receipt via your PayPal account.
