You can extend credit expiration dates through our website.

How to #1: Pay an extension fee via credit card or using your Ringle points.

Log into the Ringle website (on a PC) → [Profile] → [My Credits] → Click on [Extend dates] for the credit you wish to extend.

• You can easily extend your credits on our website (PC only).
• Only credits with less than half of their lesson days remaining can be extended.
• The fee for extending the credit(s) depend on the number of credits you wish to extend for how many days.
• The fee for extending one credit for one day is: $2 (base fee) + 2.1% of the per day price of the credit (i.e., purchased price of the credit divided by the days in the validity period.

How to #2 : Redeem the Extension Coupon.

For each new purchase of a credit package worth $230 or more (based on actual payment billed) after your first purchase, you will receive an [Extension Coupon].

• You can access your Extension Coupon by going to [Profile] > [Coupons].
• Extension Coupons can only be used on credits that have not yet expired. (Cannot be used on expired credits.)
• Extension Coupons are valid for 60 days after issuance.
• The regular fee for extending expiration dates will be deducted from any refunds for credits that were extended using a Extension Coupon.

⚠️ Validity period extensions or exchanging between 20-min and 40-min lessons are not supported

⚠️ Every Week credits are not allowed to extend dates.
