How can I check credits expiration date?

💡 You can check the expiration dates of your credits in the [My Credits] and [Purchase] tabs.

Each credit has different expiration dates.


1. To check in the [Credits] Tab

Sign in → [Profile] → [My Credits] → [See Details] to check the expiration dates of your credits.
You can check the exact time the credit expires by clicking [See details].

Q. Is there a minimum number of lessons required to be taken per week?

A. In case of 'Routine-None' Credit, There are no minimum or maximum required number of lessons to be taken per week or month. You may freely take as many lessons as you purchased within the expiration date.

Ex. If you purchased 40 min x 4 credits that expire within 30 days
You may take all 4 lessons within one week or take 1 lesson per week for four weeks, thus, within the 30 days, you may take 4 lessons at any time you wish.


Q. When do credits begin to expire?

A. Routine - None : Credits do not begin to expire on the date of your purchase, rather they begin to expire upon the completion of your first lesson.⚠️ Regardless of the above, credits will begin to automatically expire after 1 year from the date of purchase.
A. Routine - Every week : Credits will start expiring immediately after purchase. One credit will be automatically deducted each week even if you don’t take any lessons.
