Hello, this is the Ringle Customer Experience Team.

After the Ringle 3.0 update on December 5th, 2023, we received various feedback from our customers regarding "lesson booking." In particular, we received a lot of feedback about two features that were considered inconvenient in terms of usability. We have made additional improvements to these two features, and we would like to introduce the details of the improvements in class reservation methods.

1. You can now immediately see the available times for Last-minute lessons when selecting the date on the lesson date selection screen.

• Before the update, to check for last-minute lessons, you had to select the date and then select the time slots separately to see if there were any last-minute lessons available.
• With this update, the screen has been changed so that you can immediately see what time the last-minute lessons are available when you select the date.

2. You can easily check the schedule of your favorite tutors.

• In response to feedback that it was difficult to check the schedules of favorite tutors all at once on the class reservation screen, we have made the following updates.
• We have added a "[Book my favtorite tutors]" button on the class date selection page. Clicking this button will take you directly to the page with the list of favorite tutors, where you can check each tutor's available time slots.
  
  

• On the favorite tutors page, when you click on each tutor card, you can immediately see the tutor's schedule/profile on the right side. Now you can easily explore the class schedules of your bookmarked tutors all at once.

3. You can now easily view a tutor's schedule and profile with just one click on the tutor card.

• We have also reduced the hassle of moving to the tutor's introduction page on a tutor-by-tutor basis.
• Clicking on a tutor card will display the tutor's profile and class reservation information on the right side of the screen.
  
  

To make your last-minute lesson reservations more convenient, the Ringle team is currently working on improving the policy to increase the availability of last-minute lessons. We will share updates on this through announcements once the relevant updates are completed.
